Proposal & Quotation Confirmation

We recommend suitable silhouettes, fabric and lining options, size grading, trims, embellishments, and finishes, followed by a clear OEM/ODM quotation.

Sample Development & Approval

Samples are developed to the confirmed specification for approval, including fit, measurements, workmanship, embroidery or logo application, labels, and packaging presentation.

Contract Signing & Order Placement

Once the sample is approved, we sign the formal contract and begin production upon receiving the deposit.

Mass Production & Quality Control

Bulk production follows approved samples and defined quality checkpoints to meet customer requirements and applicable apparel standards.

Packaging & Shipment Arrangement

Products are packaged as per client specifications, and shipping arrangements are made along with preparation of export documentation.
