Order Terms

Chinee Wedding Apparel Co., Ltd. supplies wedding apparel and accessories for international wholesalers, retailers, bridal boutiques, brands, and project buyers. Our product range includes wedding dresses, bridal gowns, reception dresses, bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride dresses, groom and groomsmen suits, flower girl and page boy outfits, bridal veils, gloves, robes, petticoats, belts, headwear, and matching accessories. The following guide explains our standard B2B ordering process. Final terms are confirmed according to the products, customization requirements, quantities, destination, and other details of each order.

1. Inquiry and Product Selection

Please send your inquiry with as much information as possible so that we can review the request accurately. You may refer to an existing product or submit your own design, technical drawing, reference image, or specification sheet.

For an efficient evaluation, please provide the following details where applicable:

If some specifications are not yet available, our team can discuss the information required before quotation or sampling.

2. Customization and Quotation

We support product customization and OEM development for wedding apparel sets, formalwear, and coordinating accessories. Customization may include style adjustments, fabric selection, color changes, size specifications, embellishment placement, branding, labels, and packaging.

Each quotation is prepared according to the confirmed product specifications. Pricing may vary based on material selection, workmanship, size range, quantity, sampling requirements, packaging, testing or inspection requests, and delivery terms. Any applicable tooling, pattern development, sampling, freight, tax, duty, or other charges will be identified where relevant.

A quotation remains subject to final technical review and availability of materials. If the buyer changes the design, materials, quantities, size ratio, packaging, or delivery requirements, the price and schedule may need to be updated.

3. Samples and Pre-Production Approval

Samples may be arranged when required for style development, fitting, material evaluation, color confirmation, or workmanship review. Sample availability, cost, revision arrangements, and preparation time depend on the product and customization requirements.

The buyer should review samples carefully and provide clear, consolidated comments. For fitted garments such as wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, formal gowns, and suits, approval should cover measurements, fit, construction, materials, color, decoration, and finishing details.

Production samples are handmade items, and minor differences may occur between a sample and bulk production due to material batches, manual cutting, embroidery, beading, dye lots, or other manufacturing factors. Any acceptable tolerances or critical requirements should be agreed upon before bulk production.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed after both parties have agreed on the commercial and technical details and the required payment arrangement has been completed. The confirmed order documentation may include a quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, specification sheet, size chart, artwork, approved sample comments, packing instructions, and delivery information.

Before confirmation, please check all order details carefully, including:

Bulk production will be based on the final approved documents and samples, where applicable. The confirmed proforma invoice, purchase order, and related written approvals form the basis of the order.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are determined according to the order value, product type, customization level, production requirements, and agreed commercial conditions. The payment method, currency, bank information, and payment schedule will be stated in the applicable quotation or proforma invoice.

Production and shipment arrangements are made after the relevant payment conditions have been met. Bank handling fees and other transaction charges are allocated according to the agreed terms. Buyers should use only the payment details provided in official order documentation and verify any requested change to bank information directly with our team before making payment.

Payment for samples, custom development, materials, or other order-specific costs may be requested separately, depending on the project. Goods will be released according to the payment and shipping conditions confirmed for the order.

6. Production and Order Communication

Production planning begins after order confirmation, receipt of the required payment, and approval of all necessary product details. The production schedule depends on style complexity, material availability, quantity, customization, sample approval, and the current production arrangement.

Chinee Wedding Apparel Co., Ltd. will communicate relevant production matters with the buyer when clarification or approval is needed. Depending on the order, progress photographs, material confirmations, size checks, or pre-shipment information may be provided. Such arrangements should be requested and agreed upon in advance.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate specifications and timely approvals. Delayed feedback, specification changes, unavailable materials, or revisions after production has started may affect cost and completion timing.

7. Quality Check

Products are checked against the confirmed order information before packing. The inspection scope may include style, quantity, size labeling, color, visible workmanship, decoration, accessories, packaging, and other agreed requirements.

If the buyer requires a specific inspection standard, measurement tolerance, testing procedure, pre-shipment inspection, or third-party inspection, this must be communicated before order confirmation. Any related costs and scheduling requirements will be confirmed separately.

Because colors can appear differently on screens and material batches may vary, digital images alone should not be treated as an exact color standard. Physical swatches, approved samples, or agreed color references should be used when color accuracy is critical.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Any request to change or cancel an order must be submitted in writing. We will review the request according to the production stage, materials already purchased, work already completed, and commitments made to suppliers or service providers.

Changes to styles, fabrics, colors, sizes, quantities, labels, packaging, or delivery instructions may result in revised pricing and scheduling. Once custom materials have been ordered or production has started, some costs may be non-recoverable. Any adjustment or cancellation terms will therefore be confirmed according to the actual order status.

9. Packing and Shipping

Products are packed according to the confirmed order requirements and the characteristics of the garments or accessories. Standard export packing, branded packaging, individual bags, garment bags, cartons, assortment packing, and shipping marks can be discussed according to the project.

Shipping may be arranged by courier, air freight, sea freight, or another agreed method, depending on shipment volume, destination, delivery requirements, and buyer preference. Freight charges, insurance, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and destination fees are handled according to the confirmed trade and shipping terms.

Any delivery date provided before final confirmation is an estimate. The shipping schedule is subject to production completion, inspection, payment status, carrier availability, customs procedures, and other factors related to the order and destination. Tracking information or shipping documents will be provided when available under the agreed delivery arrangement.

10. Receipt and After-Sales Communication

The buyer should inspect the shipment promptly after receipt and compare the goods with the confirmed order documents. Carton quantities, packaging condition, product styles, colors, sizes, and visible workmanship should be checked before the goods are distributed, altered, worn, resold, or otherwise processed.

If there is a concern, please contact Chinee Wedding Apparel Co., Ltd. promptly and provide the order number, product reference, affected quantity, a clear description, and supporting photographs or videos. For shipping damage or missing cartons, please also retain the original packaging and relevant carrier records.

We will review reported issues against the approved specifications, samples, inspection information, and shipping documents. Any appropriate response will be discussed according to the nature of the issue, the available evidence, and the terms confirmed for the order. Products that have been altered, washed, worn, relabeled, or damaged through improper storage or handling may not be eligible for an after-sales resolution.

12. Terms Applicable to Each Order

These Order Terms provide a general overview of our B2B ordering process. If there is any difference between this general guide and the terms confirmed for a particular order, the written terms for that order will apply.

To request a quotation, please send your product references, quantities, specifications, customization needs, packaging requirements, and destination details. Chinee Wedding Apparel Co., Ltd. will review the information and reply with the next steps for quotation, sampling, and order confirmation.
